UsFolk illustrator Jayde Perkin launches debut graphic novel – “I’m Not Ready”

The best in international comic & illustration talent gathers once a year in the heart of Hackney London to take part in ELCAF! The East London Comics Arts Festival, UsFolk illustrators David McMillan and Jayde Perkin we’re back tabling at the festival for the 3rd year in a row, with a variety of prints, comics and pins for the hungry illustration masses!

ELCAF 2019 was particularly momentus this year, as Jayde Perkin launched her first full length auto-biographical graphic novel “I’m Not Ready”. As well as hosting the discussion: “Comics As Graphic Medicine”. Jayde received last years We-Transfer prize at ELCAF which gave her the opportunity to work on and launch the graphic novel. Andy Oliver from Broken Frontier put it perfectly:
